Your voice matters. Start a conversation about your medicines.

Health decisions shape lives. Many of these decisions begin with a conversation between you and your healthcare professional. Knowing what to say, and feeling empowered to say it, can make a big difference to your health. We offer easy-to-use tools and resources to help you talk about your medicines, ask questions, share your concerns, and feel more confident about your care.

As part of the KIND program, we have co-designed the PRIME tool with older people, people living with dementia, their carers and healthcare professionals to help you start a conversation about your medicines.

Testimonials

“The PRIME tool is providing a step. But at the same time, it’s cleverly saying that it’s not providing detailed information about the details of medication, etc. The purpose of the tool is just to start a conversation.”

“The PRIME tool gives them [people] the permission to have the ability to have a conversation and I suppose consider to stop their medication.”
